Who looks inside, awakes. — Carl Jung

Dr. Jung was a Swiss psychologist and psychotherapist. He died in 1961 at age eighty five. His life’s work was directed toward self-examination. It is by self-examination that we come to understand who we are.

Self-examination is truly worthwhile because once you learn who you are the world makes more sense. Relationships begin to make sense. All this is based in the self-understanding that results from self-examination.

Consider the confusion that is part of every human relationship. Once one understands his or her emotional conditioning, the confusion comes under control, the relationship improves.
